Rochfort Extension

We are delighted with our ‘new’ home Colm Corrigan recently remodelled our house, removing walls in the existing house/extension and fitting internal insulation throughout the house. At the outset, Colm told us that the works would take 3-4 weeks and this is exactly how long it took to complete the job. Colm told us that he only takes on one job at a time and this is really reflected in the extremely high quality of his work. He and his team turned up on time each day without exception. They even cleaned our cobble lock and windows when they had finished the building works! Crucially, the works carried out for us by Colm came in on budget – and there were even one or two small extras. The finished work not only met, but far exceeded our expectations – thanks in no small part to Colm’s advice and expertise and in his recommendations of other trades and suppliers (including Lucan Kitchens, Feargal McCarthy [decorator], Ronan Cullen [floors] and Olympic Blinds), all of whom worked to the same high standards. Colm was recommended to us by a local business woman and carried out an extensive renovation and extension at our 1970s built home. The work ran smoothly from day one. It was completed on time and to a very high standard, meeting all of the requirements of our architect. We found Colm to be very reliable and extremely pleasant to work with. Colm completed an attic conversion to habitable space as well as a bathroom refurbishment. The job was completed to an extremely high standard by a very professional team. Colm transformed our main bathroom and en suite into 2 modern wet rooms, which are as functional as they are beautiful. He made my designs a reality, and ensured the highest quality of work through his attention to detail and effective management of sub-contractors. He and his tradesmen were always punctual, and he completed the project within the agreed time. I have already recommended him to a friend, whose en suite he has recently completed. I will definitely consider Colm again if i ever get around to making that much-talked-about extension a reality!

Colm carried out an extensive kitchen renovation and some outside works for us and I would have no hesitation in recommending him to others. His team are very professional and the attention to detail was second to none. Cherbury Park Renovation

Colm Corrigan Builders were initially asked to refurbish our cramped 70's bathroom. The result is a bright, airy and spacious virtual wet-room with a with an excellent eye to detail to the finishes. Colm listens to his clients' instructions and views, but is keen to make suggestions all of which are relevant and in many cases cost saving. He has surrounded himself with equally professional sub-contractors, from specialist roofers, plasterers, flooring specialist carpenters, plumbers and other crews that leave the site in a tidy state at the end of each day.

Colm is an honest and reliable tradesman who has installed ‘A’ rated glazing and a new bathroom to my home. He also repaired my roof and did other work on request. I continue to use him and would recommend him to others.

Colm built a 120 sq ft extension to our kitchen doubling the size. Steel supports were inserted to hold up the rear outer wall. The build was started and finished on time. Colm was happy to answer any queries at all times. We were delighted with the job. I was happy to recommend him to friends and he got subsequent work from this.

I would like to state that Colm Corrigan built a 400 sq ft extension to our house. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to do work as he did a fantastic job for us that even our architect was very pleased with.

I wish to confirm that I engaged Colm Corrigan in 2011 to carry out the following works: A) garage conversion B) refurbishment of kitchen which included installation of ‘A’ Rated french doors, new window, tiling, plumbing, electrics etc. Colm coordinated all the trades involved and the work was carried out in a highly efficient and effective manner, on time, on budget and on specification. I am very satisfied with the work carried out.
