We got an extension built recently by Colm. Throughout the process we continued to be impressed by Colm in particular Communications: Consistently clear on communication throughout all stages of the build. Particularly strong on ensuring we were given clear options both at the quote and throughout the project if we wanted to make any changes. In particular Colm tried to ensure we understood what would deliver long term value rather than focusing on the cheapest option/materials Quality of Tradesmen: Colm has surrounded himself with a strong collection of professional and very skilled local tradesmen who are good at what they do and treated our home and us with the highest level of respect throughout the period. Colm also has full control of the people and the project and ensures that everyone turns up when expected Project Execution: Project was executed within the time period we agreed this was never in doubt at any stages. Something was been done every day. Value for Money: At the end the project came in within the budget we expected and we are delighted with what was achieved.
