We engaged Colm to extend and completely redefine the layout of our house. The space was tricky and after speaking with a few architects we actually got more ideas, engagement and enthusiasm from Colm. On that basis we felt comfortable to engage Colm directly and were delighted we did. Everything turned out as we had wanted, there was no surprises, communication was constant. All aspects with budgets and on the job decisions was completed collaboratively and transparently.
