Colm Corrigan recently remodelled our house, removing walls in the existing house/extension and fitting internal insulation throughout the house. At the outset, Colm told us that the works would take 3-4 weeks and this is exactly how long it took to complete the job. Colm told us that he only takes on one job at a time and this is really reflected in the extremely high quality of his work. He and his team turned up on time each day without exception. They even cleaned our cobble lock and windows when they had finished the building works! Crucially, the works carried out for us by Colm came in on budget – and there were even one or two small extras. The finished work not only met, but far exceeded our expectations – thanks in no small part to Colm’s advice and expertise and in his recommendations of other trades and suppliers (including Lucan Kitchens, Feargal McCarthy [decorator], Ronan Cullen [floors] and Olympic Blinds), all of whom worked to the same high standards.
