We asked Colm to tender for our renovation and extension based on a recommendation from a friend who often works with him. At this early stage we found him to be personable and competitively priced. As the build started and progressed, he was easily contactable, approachable at all all times during our 20 week project and worked efficiently with us and our architect. Colm co-ordinated many tradespeople, all of whom he worked with frequently and all of whom were reliable and highly qualified. We are delighted with our new home and would highly recommend Colm Corrigan Builders.
